Michael Ageday, R.H.N., Founder

Michael Ageday is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, R.H.N. that helps clients improve their health and wellness by offering nutrition and lifestyle solutions.

Born in Georgetown, Guyana, Michael is proud of his Caribbean heritage.

Michael was concerned with the growing health issues within the Caribbean community and wanted to create a solution.

Jennifer Ageday, R.E.C.E., Co-Founder

Jennifer Ageday is a Director, R.E.C.E., operating in the Early Years sector for over 27 years. She practices cultural inclusivity and it has always been important for Jennifer to maintain family traditions and ensure her daughters experience their heritage.

Jennifer advocates for cultural representation and looks forward to bringing delicious alternative options to a vibrant community.

Together for 32 years, and married for 25, this couple's passion for commitment transcends from their marriage into their company.

Jennifer and Michael enjoy sharing culture through stories, food and drinks.

Our Why

Michael's Grandmother was Beautiful, Smart, Strong, and Quick Witted.

As an adult she was diabetic, had high blood pressure, suffered two strokes, and was diagnosed with dementia. These chronic ailments are all too common in people of Afro-Caribbean heritage.

After Michael became a Holistic Nutritionist he realized how much gut health plays an important part in Health & Wellness.
